I’m Kay, a licensed addictions counselor and I'm excited to be part of your recovery journey and to support you in building a healthier relationship with substances. My approach focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore your unique challenges and develop personalized strategies for lasting change.

I enjoy working with people ages 18 and older. As a woman in recovery, I find deep meaning in supporting others on their own healing journey, offering guidance, empathy, and a space for growth. Therapeutically, my areas of practice include addiction, anxiety, depression, the LGBTQI population, and grief.

I have worked in community behavioral health for over 20 years, helping adults with addiction and housing needs. I'm a licensed associate addictions counselor in AZ.
