Pre-Licensed Professional (she, her)
My approach to counseling is rooted in mindfulness, compassion, and the belief that healing involves the whole person: mind, body, heart, and spirit. I am currently a graduate student at Naropa University, where my education is grounded in mindfulness-based and transpersonal approaches to therapy.
As a practicing Buddhist, mindfulness is not just something I study, but something I try to live in my daily life. This helps me bring a calm, present, and nonjudgmental energy into the counseling space. I believe many people are not only looking for symptom relief, but also for a place where they can feel truly seen, supported, and understood.
I welcome the opportunity to work with children, as well as individuals navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity, and spiritual growth. My goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where clients
can explore their emotions and experiences at their own pace.
I believe counseling can be both practical and deeply meaningful. Together, we can work toward greater self-awareness, emotional balance, healing, and personal growth.
