Hello, It’s My Pleasure to Connect with You! As a licensed clinical social worker, my approach is to meet clients where they are. I believe that each individual possesses the resources necessary to address their challenges, and my goal is to collaborate with clients as they explore and utilize their own strengths to navigate life's difficulties. I have 15 years of experience in community mental health, hold a master’s degree from Arizona State University, and am licensed through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.

I work with children and adults. I am trained in EMDR, an evidence-based therapy that assists individuals in processing and healing from trauma in its various forms. Additionally, I incorporate a range of therapeutic approaches, including person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and Sand Tray and Play.

Establishing a trusting and supportive relationship is central to my practice. Together, we will focus on developing practical skills, enhancing relationships, and most importantly, nurturing a positive relationship with yourself.
