My approach to treating depression and anxiety is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based practices including EMDR, CBT, and ACT to help heal from traumatic experiences. I have also helped clients navigate life transitions, including beginning college, divorce counseling, and processing religious trauma.
I am passionate about helping clients grow and thrive. My approach to therapy is nonjudgmental and collaborative. If you’re on the fence about therapy, this is the perfect place to start. Therapy is not a “one-size-fits-all,” and I do my best to tailor my approach to each client. Take the first step towards change and reach out. I am happy to help.
If you’re struggling to set boundaries in life, staying up late with racing thoughts, or doubting a big change you’ve made recently, you are not alone. I know what it’s like to feel anxious and not know where to start. Anxiety and depression can show up in many ways, often feeling overwhelming. You don’t have to navigate this feeling alone. I’ve helped clients learn to manage their anxiety, learn to set boundaries, and heal from trauma. My approach to therapy is lighthearted and even incorporates humor when appropriate. Don’t wait around hoping things will get better on their own. Send me a message for a free 15 min consultation.
